Lisa Rubin

Lisa Rubin has been working as an Executive Coach to senior leaders and their teams since 1998, following a 15-year career in consumer marketing, product management, and strategic planning at companies including General Mills and Bayer. She is a founding Guide at Chief, the private network designed for women in executive leadership in order to help strengthen and magnify their influence and pave the way to bring others with them.  She has a BA in mathematics from Cornell and an MBA from Harvard. Lisa grew up singing with the All City High School Chorus here in NYC and has been a singer with MasterVoices since 1988.  She has been one of the two elected singer representatives on the Board of Directors since 2012 and currently serves as co-Chair of the Finance Committee.  She and her family live on the Upper West Side.
