Juliana Chen

Juliana Chen has spent 16 years at Pfizer, Inc. where she is the Pfizer Global Supply Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Partnership and Early Talent Program Lead in charge of early talent diversity recruiting for the manufacturing and supply chain organizations.  Previously she held multiple commercial and innovation roles in the Hospital and Consumer Healthcare business units. Through most of her Pfizer career, Juliana has been heavily involved in the DisAbility Colleague Resource Group where she has worked to bring diverse talent to the corporation while raising awareness of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion issues to create an environment in which all colleagues can succeed.

Juliana’s previous experience includes innovation work at Kraft Foods and Colgate-Palmolive.  She holds a BA in Mathematics from Harvard University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.  Previous board experience includes representing the Special Music School on the board of the Kaufman Music Center.
