Alix Zacharias

Alix Zacharias is an entrepreneur and a consultant with extensive experiences in the start-up ecosystem. She began her career in hospitality management before moving into design and strategy consulting firms, including IDEO and Undercurrent, where she led operations and talent. After leading multiple teams she co-founded a small management consulting firm, August Public Inc., in 2015, leading all Business Operations and in 2019, Alix started her own independent consulting and coaching business which focuses on partnering and supporting small business owners. In addition to her consulting business, Alix is also a board member of the Ameropa Foundation and of the Ameropa Holding Board. She holds a BBA in Business Management, with a minor in Studio Art, from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and is a ICF Certified Coach.
